HANOVER PARK, Ill. - School Health Corporation, the leading provider of medical supplies and equipment to schools, public health departments and sports medicine professionals, has been certified as a Woman's Business Enterprise (WBE) by the Women's Business Development Center (WBDC) and the Women's Business Enterprise National Council (WBENC). This national certification verifies that a company is more than 51% owned, operated and controlled by a female.

School Health Corporation has been female-owned and operated since 1999 when Susan Rogers became President. Under the leadership of Ms. Rogers, School Health has continued its focus on improving the health and well being of children while extending its product line and expanding its customer base into new markets. "It's been a long-time goal of mine to become certified by WBENC," said Ms. Rogers. "WBE status requires a significant investment of time and energy to produce results and School Health Corporation is looking forward to working with organizations interested in diversifying their supplier base."

The Women's Business Development Center (WBDC) is a non-profit organization whose mission is to help women entrepreneurs to start, finance and grow their businesses through entrepreneurial support services.
